You can't go wrong with Mt. Olive Storage. I live 45 minutes away and it is worth it for me to know I am getting a great price, my RV is safe and if I need something repaired a mobile repair service will come there and fix whatever it is without me having to wait around or take it somewhere else. I am happy with this storage place and you will be too.

This place is awesome! I needed somewhere close to home to drop the black water from my toy hauler and I called my olive and they were super helpful and told me to come on over. My experience was extremely positive with them, except for the moment that I opened my black water valve and the fumes hit me. 😂

The staff, in particular Brittany, couldn't have been more helpful. When the unit size I thought I needed turned out to be too small, Brittany told us she expected to have a larger unit in the near future. Later that same day she called to tell me it was available immediately. The process to complete the paperwork couldn't have been easier and the staff took care to show us how to enter, how to exit and the best way to use the lock. All in all, I was so pleased with the friendly helpful service. I whole heartedly recommend Mt. Olive Self Storage.

This place is so convenient for us. It's clean the aisles are clear so you can get into your spot without a problem. There's a wash station for your RV. Dump station, air compressor for low tires. So glad our friends referred us to this place.

I have been renting a number of spaces for my business for a few years now and from day one, I have received the BEST care from the entire staff at Mt. Olive Storage in Duarte. I want to give a special shout out to Chris who was the very first Mt. Olive representative to respond to my on-line inquiry about three years ago. Within the same day, Chris had reserved a spot for me, showed me others around the facility and offered me an introductory promo. He, along with the entire staff, has been consistently setting my work-days off on the right foot since day one!

Very impressed with the customer service. They have been so helpful. Also the price of propane is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Theff!!! I return on Oct 15, 2018 after 10 month oversea and found out my car with 4 tires removed and back axle is sitting on the floor. 2 back tires were stolen. The manager made no effort to report to me when he found out saying that it is against the company policy to contact customer via email. He also told me that the security camera can only go back to 2 months and so there is no need to verify it. He pointed out to me that the company bears no responsibility against any theft even inside the secured compound. The whole thing looks more like an inside job. So nothing is safe!. I am very disappointed.

I traveled 4 yrs ago to the Caribbeans and this company has always kept me informed. I was able to pay my bill on line & if needed over the phone. The staff is great and informative. Its clean & safe. Now that I am back in LA I can sincerely say I highly recommend Mt Olive storage.

This is absolutely the best storage facility I've ever dealt with, if I could give them 10 stars, I would...I've done repeat business with them for 3 years now, both for MY business and moving/storage needs...they've always made sure they had a certain kind of box that they didn't normally carry on hand for me that I use frequently...I always look forward to going there because it's been a really friendly place to come, even if I'm not in a great mood when I go, they've always made me laugh by the time I leave...always very honest and professional, VERY caring and willing to do whatever needs to be done:):)

I was not only pleased and impressed by this establishment I had the most efficient and professional experience ever while securing my RV in storage at Mount Olive storage. On a more personal level these guys were the absolute best. They took an otherwise nightmarish situation and turned it into a dream sounds dramatic but I have had the most challenging time trying to store a d save my vehicle which happens to be everything to me at this very difficult time . I not only felt like I had been treated kindly but compassionately fairly and most importantly was relieved of a stress full and confused situation . They were able to give me the price i needed and the security to set my mind at ease . This storage is clean SAFE professional and they make you feel like family . I would definitely recommend Olive Stoage . We looked around for good prices and everywhere else was outrageous but they had very reasonable prices.

The managers are great. I purchased a 25' RV not knowing much about them. Never having to store anything before I wasn't sure how it was going to go. The manager also owns and RV and was very helpful renting me the space. He also showed me how to empty the tanks, gave me tips on how to park it easily and a few other things I didn't know about owning an RV. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great price and extremely, friendly helpful people. It really helps when someone at the place you are going to store your RV owns an RV.

Needed a place to store my boat and motorhome. Mt Olive is a little older looking compared to their competition, but the service could not be any better. Plenty of turn around room for moving both vehicles together. Like the wash area for the boat and RV. The staff is kind of old school when it comes to service. Very helpful, always willing to make things work. Nice people to have around, watching my stuff while I am not around.
